Hi, I am Dina Prioste and welcome to Get Exercised, get ready. By request today, I am going to show you some Cardio Kick Boxing moves. Think your D, the best in your E or best in your knee for the idea. Now, I am not a Cardio Kick Boxing instructor, so take this with a great insult. I used to take classes quite a bit at the gym and it is a fun way to warm up, get your heart pumping and to release stress. Ideally, you want to have more of a warm-up for getting into punches and kicks to avoid pulling them up, well, you can take the time to do like jumping jacks when you do warm-up. I hate these videos to go over three minutes, so we are going to get right to it. We are just going to keep the punches really tight and the kicks nice and easy so we don't pull a muscle today. So let's just get started with some basic jabs, we are going to go right, left, right, left, really quick movements, jab,jab, jab,jab, easy right. So now we are going to add a right hook and a left hook. We are going to go jab,jab, right hook, left hook, jab, jab, right hook, left hook, easy right, jab,jab, right hook, left hook. Now we are going to add upper cut. We are going to go jab,jab, right hook, left hook, upper cut, upper cut, jab, jab, right hook, left hook, upper cut, upper cut, yes. Now we are ready to add some kicks. We are going to go jab, jab, right hook, left hook, upper cut, upper cut, kick,kick,jab, jab, right hook, left hook, upper cut, upper cut, kick, kick, awesome, we are ready to do the other side. Again, we are going to go jab, jab, right hook, left hook, upper cut, upper cut, kick, kick, awesome. Okay, so now we are going to do a little acting exercise so get some more feeling into it, we are going to get some feeling. Okay, so I want you to use your imagination. Think about something, think about something in the past. Have your ever just spilled your guts? Told your dream, your ultimate goal to someone and have this person laughed at you or tell you to get up? Yes, I have. I want you to show him that they are wrong, jab, jab, hook, hook, upper cut, upper cut, kick, kick. That is right, bitch. About six years ago, a big and famous Hollywood Director told to friends of mine to tell me to give up my dreams of being an actress. Now, I knew that we encourage letting go. Letting go just means releasing the attachment to the outcome of a situation. I am not attached to whether that person likes me or thinks am a good actress. If you let go of the attachment, it just gives you the freedom to really go for it. Giving up, on the other hand, is when you are so attached to the outcome that you really want to try, that you deny yourself of your dreaming, you deny who you really are. Well, Mr. Hollywood famous director, giving up is just not my way, that is for you. That's right, bitch. Bring it on. Oh, that was so much fun, now ready for some Yoga.
