Basically, initially, you know, the first two-three weeks you will be so surprised by the weight you lost. Depending on how much you need to lose, what your ideal weight is, you will see drastic weight loss within the first two, three, four months, but you really need to be careful. You have to be eating your proteins. You have to follow what Dr. Dahiya tells you to do. The weight loss gradually tapers off, but you still, even without realizing it, are losing weight, and just suddenly without even knowing what’s happened, you get on the scale and you are at the weight that you have always dreamed of being, and it’s a really nice feeling. And there is, you know, you have to do some exercising, you do have to watch what you are eating, eat right, but it’s just such a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend it for anyone that’s having weight issues.
