This is a close grip partial bench press great way of doing a pressing movement. Doing a lot of partial to the end of power rock and set the pins off to eliminate the range of motion. This way you do not need a spotter to help you out. bring it down softly on the pin. You do not want to bounce it off the pin, you do not need to pause with this nice touch.
