Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. We want you to get up off the couch, and join us because you are going to get tons of energy from moving with us. Good. Today’s move is called the funky arm lift. Here we go, we are going to put it on our shoulders off, we are going to cross, in and out, try it again. Cross in and out. If your parents are around, grab them. Tell them to join you. Plan more slow, looking good. Try the tempo. One two three, now remember exercising with your family is really important. Looking good.
