Functional Fitness Training is the assumption that all movements starts from the core which are those deep, deep muscles that support the spine and there’s actually two layers of them. And they’re responsible for movements like rotation and flexing over and standing up. And a lot of times in traditional training, we only train up and down and forward and back. But in real life, we move like this. So we train people the way their muscles are designed to move to carry them through life which helps prevent injury particularly low back injuries.
