Functional Blast Workout Hi, my name is Shaela Luter and I'm going to show you my signature style workout. It's called the functional blast workout. This workout combines squatting, pushing, pulling and twisting with just basic moment with you every single day. First we going to start with the squat and we come up, and we going to reach and pull, were going to twist and punch, squat, reach, twist and punch. So we were working in all the muscle group. So here we go we got to squat, pull, twist and punch, squat good, cool, twist, and punch, good job. Squat, pull, twist and punch good, squat and working the legs good job. We got to pull working our back good. We got to twist and work our abs nice and tight and a punch to work the shoulders, worked the arms, worked about nice and tight. What we will do keep the abs nice and tight all the movements coming through the center. So here we go, squat, pull, twist and punch. Good job, squat, pull, twist and punch. Good job.
