Our next upper body move is a full pushup. Everyone seems to think this is the only pushup. There are so many variations to try. Let us try this one out. Come on all fours. Come up on your feet. A couple of things to remember, nice straight back, do not drop through your back and make sure your hands are slightly to the side of your shoulders. Okay. Give it a go, you guys. Down all the way, and up! Good! Nice long spine, down and up, chest all the way down. Do not drop the head. Looking good! This is a full pushup. Nice job!
