So let's start out simply by to slanting those feet into the floor bend your knees just the tiny bit you got a nice little position for the back and that. And then the first thing we do simply to bring the hands or bow the head and hold that all the way though the finger tips you can fill the lengthening through the arms, but all the way through the trunk down into the flip area. That's your first basic stretch, and this time come down tough ways to rise and close up the hands you got a stretch across your back now for the shoulder to shoulder or across back and you hold back, then will we open up here is in same thing. The opposing muscle grip, so now we are stretching through the arm the biceps muscles, shoulder muscles picked all the chest muscles and that helps open up the front of the body. Robyn in his next stretch, I want to take your feet and just a little bit closer that before. And I simply want you to go ahead and start the flex positions. If lowering your hips half way down.
