Female Speaker: Let's move on to the full body roll up, one of the best Pilates exercises ever. You are going to take it all the way down to the mat and lay flat. Arms come up over head, so the inner thighs together, great. Alright, inhale your arms to the sky and exhale roll up. Chin comes to the chest, belly to the spine, you sequentially roll all the way over go ahead, scoop your abs out and notice the stretch in the low back. Inhale start to go back, relaxing the shoulders away from the ears, go ahead and exhale very sequentially that was really nice all the way down to the mat. We'll do it again. Inhale your arms up, exhale. Now, hold it here, this is where your body decides whether to use the abs or the hips. Keep the feet on the ground, to keep the hips out of the exercise and pull forward with those abs. There we go. Rounding all the way over beautiful. Inhale start to go back, relaxing through the shoulders sequentially placing each part of right down and relax that was great.
