Amy Mac: Hi! Everybody, I'm Amy Mac and this video we're doing a full body squat. Now there are tones of variations for squats; all working your lower body, thighs, butt and abs. but when you add a weight and an upper body element, which you'll see it's suddenly turns in a to full body workout. You're going to start with your feet just a little bit wider than shoulder width apart; hold that weight in front of you. Now, you're going to squat and are going to sit just you're sitting in chair, making sure your knees don't come over your toes, and you're going to hold that weight out in front of you. Now, bring it back up into the center and bring it up over head, back to the center and squat arms out, bring it up and center. You're going to do three sets of 15 three times a week. You're already doing squats; you might as well sculpture arms and shoulders at the same time. And when you add weight, you're also challenging your balance it's just good for posture.
