Fruity Kid Smoothie Male: And one of my favorite tricks of all time is -- is I call it -- it’s a smoothie all right and I whipped one up, some good, nutrient-dense stuff, you could use yogurt, some sort of toddler formulas as the base. You want this? And then some sort of fruit, we have a banana, strawberries, blueberries, something like that. Male: She liked those blueberries. Male: And this is a good thing I don’t want this to replace meals but maybe in between meals just because she’s burning all that energy, it will help. Female: Okay, awesome.
