Frog Jump Exercise What’s up? My name is David Stamps. I'm from Saint Louis, Missouri. And I am going to demonstrate for you the frog jump. You’ll feel better. You’ll live longer. Why not have fun doing it/ Yes, to find your inner five-year-old because we’re about to go for it. It gets you kind of in touch with your youthful side because you just try to just jump and just let, if you kind of get free with it. The purpose of this exercise is to raise the heart rate and to actually lift up that core temperature. So I want you to go in and squat it back, keep the knees over the ankles. They should never go pass the toe, just to form up above layer. And you’re going to perform that frog jump. You’re going to bend down and get up, you come back down. It’s a great exercise. It gets you kind of in touch with the youthful because you just practice, just jump and just leap, kind of get free with it. Come up and down. Make sure you will -- as you land, come on up and land. Give me two more. And one more, nice. That was your frog jump.
