To lose 50 pounds in five to eight months forever, you need to find out how many calories you need to eat. And when doing the morning workouts, you can burn even more fat if you workout on an empty stomach. It is okay to sip or drink water doing your morning workout. And working out in the evening also keeps metabolism elevated at night even while you sleep. Okay, this is very important. Every time you lose five to 10 pounds. Switch of your workout routine, so your body would never get use to your weight lose workout, so you can keep on losing five pounds or more every 15 to 30 days, non stop.
