Speaker: This is forward lunge with raise the roof and adding a balance challenge of a knee up. Now begin with your feet just about hip with the part take those hands up over head with your hand weights, lengthen those arms keep your abs nice and tight, nice long spine, we are going to lower into our front lunge four counts, one, two, three, four, back knee points down towards the floor, front knee over the shoe laces and it's hard to go slow I know, so think about it hold it here, now you are going to come up for two beats, one, two and there is that balance challenge I had to really pull my abs in thigh to balance with my knee up, let's try it again. Forward lunge one, two, three, four lower up for two, balance grip your abs push those arms up, one more time, one, two, three, four, back up for four two beats. Ha! You really have to focus and make sure you do about the right leg and the left leg.
