Speaker: Forward Lunge and Raise the Roof is a great total body exercise, you are going to get some shoulders in and also some buns and legs. So with your hands at your sides and you have got your hand weights go ahead and lift them all the way up over head, lengthening them high keep your abs nice and tight. We are going to lower into a forward lunge for four counts, remember slower on the lengthening of the muscle. So with the legs we are lengthening down one, two, three, four, you have got your back knee pointing towards the floor and your front knee over the shoe laces, press back up for two counts to the beginning one, two, push in the arms back up. Let's do it again, lower for four, three, two, you really have to control it on the way down and push back up. The slow movement might be difficult at first, but take your time, hold your balance, and then come back up. There you go, now make sure you do both sides, right leg and left.
