Our first series of quickness drills are called foot taps, and the first move is called the Foot Tap. What you want to do—remember, when you are working on quickness, get your feet first, up, up, down, down. Here is the drill, and then once you feel confident, speed it up. Okay guys, let us go. Up, up, down, down, that is it! Try to stay in the line if you can. Good! I am going to say this over and over again, but you need to have quickness when you are playing all sports. The quicker you are, the better athlete you are going to be. Looking good!
