Foods to Help Fight Fat It all just comes down to eating well. You’ve got to go for the whole foods. Stay away from process foods, lots of vegetables, especially the watery ones, alright. Lean proteins like avocado and nuts. And then you want to combine protein or fiber with complex carbohydrates, Greek yogurt with some walnuts and blue berries. This is a great combination and then you want to limit the empty carbohydrates. Okay, just pizza, you just say no. Alright, it’s gone.
