That you really craze about how to eat moderately try at this a few meals every hours, so you want to eat small portions, type of small bag of food and a few meals in the bag, example as you can have a half of a sandwich, I really like almond butter and apple slices also put some baby carrots in a little bags you can put some mini baby tomatoes in that too, and add a little tiny cup of hummus. So here is some snack and tips if you are dying for a candy bar instead of eating something like that want to try eating a few dark chocolate squares and have some almonds, always look at the back of the label pay attention to the serving size, when you look at the back of the label look at the calories, look at how many grams carbohydrates how many grams of sugar everything, so just small portions in moderate you contest, don't deprive yourself self and love your food.
