Asks any dermatologist the secret to sexy skin and they tell you that in addition to any cream you can slide around your face the best product is a healthy diet. Because it works from the inside out, some of the products that you might want to keep in mind are Omega-3 rich fish. Such as salmon, Omega-3 provides a lot of wonderful oils to your skins promoting softness and minimizing the appearance of fine lines. Other sources of Omega-3’s includes small fish such as sardines and flaccid. Another staple in the skin doctors pantry are lean dairy products and those would include, things such as yogurts. In addition to being an excellent source of calcium they also contain the same sorts of protein that are required to repair cells and to help promote the growth of collagen to support your skin structure. Another couple staples you want to pick up for a healthy skin include some healthy fats such as olive oil and nuts. And nut such as almonds and walnuts include vitamin E and Omega-3 as well this also help to promote softer skin. But you can’t forget about all the wonderful fruits and vegetables to put in the skin doctors pantry. This includes beautiful berries such as blueberries, blackberries and strawberries which are loaded with vitamin C. Remember vitamin C is important it’s required to create collagen a protein in our skin that gives it structure and integrity.
