Sara Wells: That’s a big mistake that a lot of woman make when they are in diet thinking that they’re going to save calories but actually if you skip launch again your going to be up and down and your metabolism are going to drop so not only are you going to feel exhausted and not have the energy you need to really get to your day but also you are not going to see the weight loss that you’re hoping to get. So you eat lunch and you are going to keep your metabolism going and you are going to keep your level study and then when you get to dinner you file is like later over eat. Rhiannon Ally: Fitness Magazine Nutrition Editor Sara Wells says, there is certain ingredient when it comes to choosing a satisfying launch. Sara Wells: You are looking for approaching fiber and whole grains is a really the building blocks of a healthy lunch and that’s what going to keep you feeling satisfied until you can have about a 4 pm snack. Rhiannon Ally: And there are some great recipes on the plan. We have some very satisfying lunches, 400 calories each so you could have tomato sandwich on a whole beef with a little bit of mayo and fresh basil but you could also be eating something like a spicy veggie sausage pasta which is veggie sausage crumbles with a little bit of broccoli and parmesan cheese. You could also be having a botches veggie burger which sounds to stick it in but its actually again just 400 calories, veggie burger with a little bit of barbeque sauce and toasted whole wheat ban with some carrots and tomatoes with some dipping sauce on the side.
