Gravani: Well severely allergic consumers will obviously have to avoid those offending foods and the big question is what can they substitute in place to make sure that their diet is varied and it has a little bit of moderation and that they are getting the correct amount of nutrients in that diet and I would suggest that one of the things that they should do is visit a nutritionist or a dietitian to make sure that the protein foods that they might have to avoid can be replaced by other foods of similar nature, but don't cause the offending reaction.
