This next little drill is called the Flip and Catch. It is tones of fun, it is working on agility and hand eye coordination. So what you guys need to do is drop the ball. What you are going to do is flip the ball in behind and try to catch it. The ideas to have as high flip as possible without dropping the ball. Not as easy as it looks, okay. Go! Very nice! Again, okay, try it again. Try it again a little bit higher if you can. Ready and go! Yes! Very, very good! Perfect! This drill works on agility, can use any ball and try it anywhere, it is lots of fun working on your agility and your hand eye coordination. Nice!
