Fitness Workout for Two Veronica: It’s always more fun to get into shape with company. That’s why working out with your someone special has so much potential. Hi, I'm Veronica of watch Mojo.com and today couple Karen and Eric is showing us a workout for two. Now you two are obviously a healthy and fit couple. Do you have any words of advice for other who wants to get to the point where you two are at? Eric: If you hate the gym try to find a different activity. If you're going to do yoga and you enjoy it then you’ll keep doing it. At least have something fun to do. Karen: Both of you have to make some kind of definitive agreement that we’re going to do something. And we’re going to start it tomorrow. There’s got to be an explicit agreement made. Otherwise you just need to find a new partner. Veronica: You think you're ready to show us? Eric: Alright. Karen: Okay. Eric: So we do a few warm-up moves to begin with. We’ll show you the easy version and the hard version. So the easier version, we’ll just start by doing the squat and step forward, walking down the grass. Getting the legs going a little bit getting the heart rate up a little bit, just trying to get the joints a little bit lubricated so they're moving. And then we’ll do a hard version if we drop back. If you have a good, strong partner she can do the same. You don’t have to go so low and make it a little bit easier. Next is, try the ab-wheel out. So we’ll try a difficult move. It’s going to be the legs are locked around my waist and abs exercise where she’s going to be doing sit-ups. So we’ll do some resistance running against elastic, as well as some squats with resistance pulling you at position. Karen will run at the end of the hall while I stay here doing squats up and down. So this is going to be a core stability exercise and also the legs trying to keep your balance. And what we’re going to try and do is pull on the tubing and make each other fall off. So stretching on your own you can do. So typical stretching you’d see is like a four-point stretch here where you’re going to reach through and hold this leg and bring it towards you. But if you’re doing it with two people you can do it a little better. That’s a good, fun, effective workout that couples can do together and have fun together.
