Hello, I am Kimberly Smith from StripXperTease in New York, and the move I am going to demonstrate for you today is called the Slingshot. This move will help you get up from your “laying fold across” back in the “saddle” so that you can get up from your floor routine. So the first thing you are going to do is assume “laying fold across” position, again, you are on your elbow, hand is relaxed, chest is lifted, hip is dropped, knees are sacked, ankles are crossed. From here, you are going to extend your right leg all the way out and come up onto your left arm at the same time. This is a slingshot move. Bring the knee in slightly, extend everything up. Then from here you are going to bend in the right leg, so that you are pinching the left toe in between the calf and the hamstring. You are going to use your abs for this one—you are going to lift up, end in “saddle” position. This move moves a little bit quicker than I demonstrated it. Just make sure you take your time while you are learning.
