[Music Playing] Sarah: Hey guys! Welcome to diet.com video. I am your host Sarah and I am joined by Katrina diet.com Fitness Expert who also is my trainer and today, we are going to be answering a few of your question that you guys have asked on YouTube. Probably the most popular question we got is asking what Katrina does for her very own workout. We know what you tell your clients to do obviously we have are own video. But what do you to stay in shape? Katrina: I am not perfect. I do not exercise everyday, but I usually go for jog. I really get sick at treadmills and machines and since I am on the gym all day training clients, I get really sick of being at the gym. So it has to be really creative as my own workouts. So I go for jogs, I go for hikes, I will do any kind of sport, I play tennis, those are for cardio. I do about three to four strength training workouts a week. So generally, I worked out five to six times a week and sometimes I do not realize working out because I am trying to make it fun. Sarah: We have good clients all day telling them to do certain moves with the certain number of reps and sets, but when it is time for you actually do your own workout, what moves do you do? How heavy are the weights and how many sets of reps up you do? Katrina: All day I count for other people so actually I do not count. I go to a failure until I cannot do anymore. My favorite moves, same my five favorite moves are probably squats, lunges, any kind of core so bicycle crunches, hanging my braces up them in the gym but from outside the gym maybe resets. I like push ups and any kind o plank so, that is five, and weights, I stay with lower weights so I can keep my heart rate up. I do not take a lot of breaks. I need to go from one thing to the next to the next just so I get through my workout. Let us find out with Sarah does for her workout. Sarah what do you for your workouts? Are you doing all the strength training exercises that I have been telling you to do this whole time? Sarah: Yes it is actually ironic, you know for however many fitness videos we have done with you or Stephen or you know the Pilates, it is weird because whenever I go to the gym, I am like what do I do? I do not know what I want to do. So usually, I kind a stick to the same moves that I have always done and huge fun of Pilates so a lot of the moves that I do kind of have Pilates origins and so like you I also do the Plank and then you know, switching the sides and one of my favorite moves that depending on my energy level and you thought me this move is to plank to push up. Katrina: Go ahead. Sarah: It incorporate both, I like to do leg circles from Pilates. We might not be the most effective in muscle building whatever but I swear to god, they made my legs thinner. I like those donkey kicks though is that what they called. Katrina: Whatever they want to call. Sarah: You know not forcing me like just be back, yes those I also like to do the 100 in Pilates, I do not know what my fit one is, I bury it. Katrina: You need to run. Sarah: Yes, I like to run a lot. So I needing this Pilates and a lot of running. That is what I like to do on my own.
