Chris Freytag: Alright, let's take you to a Bob and Weave. This is a great motion that boxers use, lots of core body involved. Go ahead and squat back and dip down low. It's a flowing motion, right and left, as if you're coming underneath something. Always keep your spine long, chest and heart lifted, abs tight and sit back into an imaginary chair, keeping the knees tracking over the ankle. Great job!
