Before you are do any house cleaning, you may want to do this exercise that I am about to show you. So, you lay at that day. You fill up your breast and say you got to do it and build a bigger chest. Now, what you are going to do is, all you have to need for this exercise, you need a real dusty floor or a slip floor. You need a couple of dust rags, alright. Use your pillow, brace you knees on the floor and you get into a semi-push up position. Get your dust rags in your hands. Keep knees on the floor. This is all you have to do. You are going to slide off real slow, real slow on slick or dusty floor, slide out real slow then stop, then set it up. Set yourself back up and then slide real slow, slide real slow. The slower the better, the more you can make your chest then you set back up. Alright. Now, you slide and it will take about five seconds to start a little, but just I said the longer the better. Start with five seconds and work with the team. Now, real slow, one, five seconds, two, three, four, five and set back up. Now, what you can do to do that real easy is slide down. Try to go to take it to the next level. Try slide back up. Okay. So, this is what you gonna do. Get back into position. Again, do the same thing slide out slow. Take it about five seconds, one, two, three, four, five then you are going to slide back in. Just like that. Alright, come out real slow, one, two, three, four, and five. And then slide back up. If you do that and that will help your chest. Ladies is gonna feel your chest. Guys, it is up to you to have a bigger chest and that is all what you have to do. Just do not clean the house floor first.
