As a nutritionist, I am a huge fan of fresh fruits and vegetables. But, without your local farmer’s market, some of the healthiest picks actually come in containers. For example, check out this fresh apple sauce. The only ingredient in here is locally grown apples. Unlike some of the stuff at your supermarket that’s loaded with added sugars and in this jar, the only thing in it, apples and strawberries. Let’s see what other healthy picks we can find.
