Filling Gapped Teeth Treatment Travis Stork: Your son Dominic? Niecy Nash: Yeah. Travis Stork: He feels differently, he’s got a gap as well, right? Niecy Nash: My son does have a gap and he doesn’t like it. Travis Stork: So, believe it or not, we have Dominic in our procedure room with Doctor Dorfman as we speak. So Dominic, what don’t you like about the gap? Dominic: Oh well, it’s not that I don’t like the gap; it’s really that I just needed to go away because it just does not fit for me. Niecy Nash: You don’t want to look like me anymore? Dominic: I’m sorry mom but I got to be more man now. Niecy Nash: My son is really putting me down. For the ladies, you’re not fooling me. Travis Stork: Dominic, is this for the ladies? Dominic: A bit part of it is for the ladies. I can’t laugh. Travis Stork: There we go. So Bill, what are you going to do? Bill Dorfman: Well, we’re going to apply two Da Vinci veneers. We’ll close that gap up for him for good and Dominic, you could go out and have a good time tonight, okay? I’ve sat in that chair before with Doctor Dorfman and he has never let me down. Bill Dorfman: All right, come on back for me. Travis Stork: And what’s amazing about this procedure as go get started is how quickly you can make a huge change to your face and the way you appear because that gap to find you and I’m sure just how much the dentist to find Dominic in terms of his smile. Niecy Nash: Oh my goodness. Travis Stork: And three minutes, it will be gone. I think you’re struggling with more than he is. Niecy Nash: No, I’m nervous. I’m shaking like a leaf. Bill Dorfman: Niecy, we’ll take good care of him just like we do to you. Niecy Nash: Oh, I can’t watch. I took a picture on that. Travis Stork: It looks good. Niecy Nash: I took a picture of Dominic backstage. Travis Stork: Right before? Niecy Nash: Because my son has never smiled and shown his teeth, only like this. Travis Stork: Because he’s that so conscious. Niecy Nash: Yeah, he would not show his teeth. Any family photo, I have no pictures of him smiling, so backstage I begged him to smile so I can at least have a picture. Travis Stork: But it also I think strengthens the argument that this was right for him because he was afraid to smile and show his teeth and now, he can do that. Niecy Nash: You’re not supposed to tell kids they’re right in front of their parents. Travis Stork: I mean he’s wrong. I can’t believe he would do this. Niecy Nash: I can’t believe he would want a better smile. What was he thinking? Bill Dorfman: Dominic, this is looking awesome. I just need to shape it up a little bit here. Open real high for me big guy. Niecy Nash: I can’t look at it. Bill Dorfman: Niecy? Niecy Nash: Yes? Bill Dorfman: I think he’s good. Niecy Nash: Bring him to me. Travis Stork: I think you got to bring him out here to his mom. Niecy Nash: Send him out here. Travis Stork: Yes, come on out of here. Bill Dorfman: All right, I’m coming. He’s really good. Travis Stork: All right, hold on. Don’t show mom just yet. We’re going to build up a little anticipation here. Niecy Nash: Oh boy. Bill Dorfamn: Don’t let her hit me Travis. Travis Stork: You haven’t seen it either though, right? Bill Dorfman: No, he looks good. Niecy Nash: There’s something on his lip right there. Bill Dorfman: It’s a little [Inaudible] Niecy Nash: Okay. Travis Stork: All right, so first of all, I want to remind everyone of your “before” picture. Dominic: Mom, are you ready? Travis Stork: All right, on three — one, two, three. That was great! Niecy Nash: Give him the mirror. Bill Dorfman: Check it out. Dominic: Oh yeah! Travis Stork: What do you think?
