Robert Troch: Its summer time here at Fusion Fitness TV, so we doing things more in formal. We're inside my gym, my garage, this is my pull up bars see over here got a big box for inspirational music and here unholding a jungle gym. Summer time is when I travel and lot of people travel and there are two things that always fill my suitcase this is one. The jungle gym is just as strap with two handles and when your way you find tree limb or firescape. Early things from it contain this over and then you go to town, basic exercises like rows accept this is the in claim row or you can lower this things when you get stronger and use them or push ups and these are tough push ups you are going to be ready with us. Alright, and then third big exercise I use it for is pull ups or chin ups whichever you like, raise the straps up , take ankle for. Yeah you are going to turn a little bit but it's a great tool you can do a lot of things with it. The second thing that always goes in suitcase is my gym proof and this is more for cardio step and obviously it takes some skill we are going to get could using this thing. But want you practice with it you can go to - this thing, I don't really have too much room I don't think let's try, try few jumps as you like to do first thing in morning. We taken I don't have much room, yet try it more time you want to make your gym flit, short, this like itself. Now if I'm traveled in the car, I always stir couple other things in. one is probably, one of the best ab exercise tools you can find. All I like have to do show you and you'll see what I mean, just put your hands under power wheel tighten up your mid section to your stomach, take breath in, roll up you can hold here and then pull back in try to do few those you feeling in your abs or shoulders allover the place. You can also as you see on this put your feet in this straps and work in reverse. You can walk around the room with this thing and after about 30 seconds day your abs are really going to feel it. Last and probably feeling little more and this upgrade probably my favorite tool of all of cover them and we are going to have a lot more episodes featuring gets - coming up this summer but I'll show you one basic this just get little swing, you want to there in fate off this is a great exercise to it.
