Male1: There’s a quick and easy solution a lot of times, its called fattening food makeovers. and what you can do, and this is really my tip, is you can change recipe slight twigs here and there, Drastically changes whether meal is healthy or unhealthy so first and fore most the way you eat a hamburger can dictate whether or not its extremely high in calories or maybe not. Male2: Totally and change it up sometimes instead of a bun, do the lettuce called animal style or protein style, whatever you want to call it. Third of the calories and half of the carbohydrate content just eliminating the band. Male3: This is great everybody loves ice cream and instead of just putting the whole bunch of scoops, this is a whole cup of ice cream. There’s a lot of calories in here, maybe do half a cup of ice cream but add some fruit. Probably half the calories and you’re getting some good fruit. Male1: And you better switch out the ice cream for a lower fat frozen yogurt, that’s another option and then at least take us home. Female: Alright so this is sort of your English muffin with egg and you can cut the calories half by doing egg whites and you can cut the fat in half by doing a low fat cheese and you can increase the health factor with doing a whole wheat English muffin. Male2: I love this for breakfast. Male1: So great tips on modifying, changing up. Male3: What if you dip it in the ice cream? Now here goes again. Male1: Go ahead, I can tell you one thing that’s not going to increase your chances of getting on the cover of Prevention magazine, I’m just telling you.
