What happens when you don't get the results you want? Jimmy Smith explains.

Hi! it is Jimmy Smith from buildmuscleandsixpackabs.com and today I am going to show what goes wrong in your program. A lot of people when they have an eBook or they have any type of training material, they won't tell you what goes wrong. So you are using for ten weeks and don't see the results. What happens when things go wrong? The first thing, the first factor is the actual workout set. What we do in the workout or in the gym is causing us to slow down and not have any progress. The first thing you want to do is you definitely want to adjust your reps. If you have been training with high reps a lot, or sleeping your reps down, go a little lower. Maybe you are not reaching your optimal, so hit through six to ten reps. Those people who do a little higher, drop the reps a little bit. Second you need to do is go more sets. Generally for muscle building most people go from three to four sets, but it is like just setting up a task gives you more results. Starting a night before or starting three or four weeks before. Let's get more exposure, let's go six sets, seven sets, eight sets and lower the number of reps little bit as well. Same thing, frequency. I work on my biceps once every seven days and they are not growing. I need them to grow. Well, then let me hit my bicep twice every seven days, a couple of days in between. And the other factor is rest. If you have just been going out for a too long, it is like hitting your hand against a brick wall. Give yourself some rest. Those are the factors you can address in the gym or you go some change in exercises. But, I don't generally advice that. I want the people to change their sets, reps, rest. The other factors are outside the gym, how is your nutrition? If you are trying to build muscles, are you eating as many calories as you need? Are you going out for partying? If you are going out partying, you will have to take that back. How much is your sleep quality. I recommend a lot of different things to help you sleep, you should go to buildmusclesandsixpackabs.com/sleep I have some recommendations and some nutrition things you can do before you go to bed, taking a deep, peaceful, restful sleep.
