Ryan Miller: I am Ryan Miller, Fat Loss expert from traininglikeanathlete.com. Today we are going to do a fast, effective, fat burning kettlebell workout. Today we're going to do five exercises. We are going to knock them off back to back to back without rest. I am going to start with 10 reps of each, and work our way down to one rep of each. We're actually going to repeat five reps twice. So the total is 300 reps. The first exercise I am going to do is a kettlebell swing. Again we're going to do 10 reps of these. Then we move right here to the kettlebell. Again we do 10 reps of those. Next exercise, I am going to start on my knees and start it up. Next, we move back into the other arm over here. Final exercise is the Australian deadlift.
