Hey Ryan Miller coming back at you from traininglikeanathlete.com. Today I'm doing six exercises band workout for you. Exercise number one, we’re going to do some band chops. So, we grab a band, anything. It has to involve the door in order you got excess. We’re taking a baseball grip tuck hand pull. I'm up and we’re going to toss it over the shoulder, chop like your chopping wood. I can do this for a time so you get a kitchen timer, set for 30 seconds, switch sides. [Demonstration] All right we’ll move right into our next exercise which is a band lift or a band supplex. This is just the opposite of what I just did. Here, I’ll pull over my shoulder, going back and throw up, fold over my shoulder and 30 seconds then I’ll switch sides. [Demonstration] Another 30 seconds then I’ll move right in the band rotations bend shocks. [Demonstration] Here, I'm going to raise it up. Push to one side. Push it to the other side— [Demonstration] Again, 30 seconds on that exercise— [Demonstration] We’re going to use a stability ball, garb our bands light on the ball. First 30 seconds, we’re going to double push. Get as fast as you can but you stay controlled. Don’t let it snap your back. Control it, and we’ll alternate for 30seconds— [Demonstration] Then the last one, we will grip it with one arm. Grip the ball and knock up one arm for 30 seconds— [Demonstration] And last one, we’re going to switch sides.
