Ryan Miller: Ryan Miller back again from traininglikeanathlete.com. Today, we got a medicine ball super set. We are just going to ten reps -- 20 reps of each exercise and we'll bring them back to back, take a one minutes break and repeat it three times, the whole circle. First exercise is take it here, toss it over head. You repeat that 20 times. Next exercise is standing twist. Repeat that 20 times each side. Next exercise the diagonal lift, I am taking one foot over to top of the shoulder. Repeat that 10 times this side and 10 times the opposite. Our next exercise is a squat and press. We repeat that 20 times. Our last exercise is big giant circuits. Pick the ball, all the way down, all the way up. We are going to go kind of clockwise ten times and then anti-clockwise 10 times.
