Ryan Miller: Hey Ryan Miller from TrainingLikeAnAthlete.com, today I have a Fast Effective Fat Burning Kettlebell Complex for you. We are going to pick five exercises, knocking about back to back without rest, anywhere from 6-8 reps of each. Exercise number one is the Kettlebell Swing, we will grab our bell, we are going hinge forward of our hips, and then snap, our hips will drive our shoulders, we are going to do 6 to 8, then over to the side, this is it, we are going to move over here, to Sprawling Deadlifts. We will grab two bells; we are going to kick our feet back, come up right into a deadlift. Side sprawl, stand right up. Exercise number three is Explosive High Pull, this time we are going to start on our knees; we are going to explode to our feet, and pull. To the side, sprawl, pull, knees to our feet. Our next exercise is we are going to do a Clean & Jerk. This time we will start with the bell between the feet, we will clean them up, jerk them overhead. To the sideways, and our last exercise, we are going to do an Overhead Squat. Let's grab a couple of bells, jerk them over head, we will start this with the overhead position, we are going to squat down, and up. Again knock out 6-8 of these, and those do them back to back without rest, you will have your fat burning fast exercise workout you can do anywhere.
