Fat-blasting workout Chris Freytag: Are you ready for a fun, fat-burning workout? Then let's get moving. This workout is all about getting your heart rate into that fat-burning zone to help you lose weight and get into shape faster. Now here's the plan, we'll begin with functional movements; add a little dance flair, to create a great cardio workout. You don't have to remember all of the moves or get them right away because we'll repeat them many times. Just let your own styles shine through. Alright, we'll begin with an easy step touch right and left, like this, just step touch. Good! Bring it to the each side right and left. Now we're going to add a little dance flair to this. You're ready? Take it low like this, bring the knees in, bring the shoulders in. There you go, you got it. Breathe, excellent! Have a little fun with it. Good, breathe. We're going to get that heart into that fat-burning zone today. You're ready? Now march it up right here, march it for eight, and step touch for four, like this. Take it low, march it, you got it, step touch right here, march it out. We'll do it two more times through. Get low in your step touch; bring those shoulders in, yes last time. Step touch, alright. Grapevine right and left, let's go just grapevine, bring it back nicely easy, grapevine, bring it back. Now stand tall, remember to breathe through your mouth to get that heart pumping, we want to get the oxygen to the muscles. We're going to add a knee, grapevine for me, one knee push down, boom, other side, yes. Just push it down with the opposite arm. Good, lift that knee, you got it. Breathe, alright stay still, knees lift up, lift, push with that opposite arm, contract your cord, really lift that knee. Good, breathe. Excellent job, let's put it together, grapevine for me, to the right, give me three knees right here. Yeah, grapevine left, three knees, push it down, yes. Grapevine three knees, good! Last time, alright squat right here, just squat, squat, now sit back right there, good! Keep those knees tracking over the ankles, keep your chest and heart lifted, get that body moving.
