Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome back to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time getting energize with this blast so I want you to join us. Come on, get up off that couch. Today is an athletic move and I want you to try it. It is called the fast ski bump. It is your poles up, we are going to start slow, poles are low. We are going to go to the right, ready and jump, jump. Imagine you are on your favorite hill. Black diamond all the way. The snow is coming down but you could do it. Breathing, you are starting to feel that burn in those legs but you are going to do it. We got four more slow. Let us go faster and looking good. Feeling great, building strong bones.
