Host: The most is we’re doing a lot of eating and drinking right about now and that means putting on some extra pounds. But no worries because Better Fitness expert Andrea Megcap is right here to show us how to work off a little Christmas pudding right in the comfort of your own home and its all in today’s getting fit. Andrea Megcap: You know the morning after Christmas; you have your whole family together, you’ve opened up presents, everyone’s excited but there’s still some ways to sneak in some fitness and just some good healthy living. First tip I have for you is once the presents are opened and being unwrapped, take all the paper and put it into a giant ball. So you’ll say go and everyone will run around the room and pick up as much paper as they can to make the biggest ball. Next you want to get to breakfast and have a healthy breakfast especially on the holiday morning when you have the time to do so. Let each child talk about their favorite food or vegetable because I know they have one and that will help them instill the thoughts of healthy living. The last thing on Christmas morning is to be gracious and great full, so the nice thing to talk about what you’re really thankful for this year in helping you plans for your new year’s resolution. Remember being healthy and fit comes from the mind body and soul and your family.
