Phillip Bloch: We all know that exercise is important for staying healthy and that’s easy to do when the weather is nice, but how about those cold winter months. You can’t workout safely when the temperature drops just exercise in caution. Cold air has been known to trigger asthma attacks, and chest pains in some people, but the asthma maybe more from the dry air then from the cold itself. Two things want to keep in your, mind when you’re out of cold. Hypothermia can occur when you’re body is in cool temperature drops too low or frost bike in setting. Your skin is exposed to fridging temperature for too long. So use common sense, don’t over dress, you really should wear layers and a synthetic one close to your body that keeps moisture all the way. Don’t forget to keep you head warm with a hat and trying raping a scarf around your nose and your mouth to warm, the air that her breathing. Even though you may feel less thirsty drinking fluids because you can still get ipod. If the temperature just too cold or icy ground just makes it unsafe to go running.
