Margie Weiss: My name Margie Weiss. I have been a gymnastic coach for many years, a fitness instructor and a personal trainer for 38 years, and I have trained many athletes including my daughter Jeremy, in the sports that they have done. Jeremy was an international level ice-skater. She now runs our gyms. She is the aerobics for the GGX Director, the Group Exercise Director for four gyms. So, she teaches a lot of classes' everyday, just like I do. The reason we want to do a class like this, which is called Simply Abs, is because many people need to have a stronger core, in order to do the workouts that they are going to do in other areas of their body. If you want your arms strong, you need to make sure your core is strong; you can handle the movements that you want to do with the arms and legs. So, today what we are going to need when you workout, you can do this at home or in a gym all you need is your own body, a mat for safety underneath you and you are going to need athletic clothes. You are going to need some shoes that are athletic, you are going to need some pants and a top that are movable, breathable, but are fairly tight to your body, so that they don't get entangled when you do your work out. That being set let's get on to simply abs.
