Exercise for People Over 50 During this segment we are going to talk about exercise for people over 50 and the key is to keep moving does it matter how old you are, keep moving. There in nothing better, there is nothing t hat help you more and it starts on walking our fabulous it is my favorite exercise I highly recommend it, it is cheap you can do it anywhere and you really feel better. Ten minutes of walking a day will start you laugh and before you know it you have to half an hour and that you walk half an hour three times or five times a week. You have got tremendous health benefits. There are a lot of other kinds of exercises, you can take classes like we have here on the route we have a whole range of classes. We are training yoga and felt in Christ. The best part of our classes is you made other people, you get group support they encourage you to keep going and you start a really positive cycle of your mood improves, your body feel better, you have more energy and you are less depressed so your attitude is better on and on it goes. And before you know it you have a regular exercise program and you are feeling better. Your bones are stronger, you can prevent falls, you can aids much more gracefully. You maintain your flexibility and most important your independents and your ability to really have a high quality life that this keeps going and going. So you want to keep moving no matter what dance, fine ways, go visit your neighbors and go around the block
