Dr. Mark Savant: Hi, I’m Dr. Mark Savant and welcome to SavantMD. Today’s wellness tip is about exercise and memory. Recent studies with mice have shown that those mice that were able to exercise were able to perform tasks involving memory much better when compared to mice that didn’t get their exercise. I think what this shows is that regular activity and regular exercise has more than just physical benefits, it helps your mental state as well. So get out there and keep moving.
