[Voice overlap] Female1: Because I was that in that business. Male1: Now the lady in – asked the question in the telephone with you about exercising. What would be your philosophy about exercise to the point of view she is going to loose the 22 pounds correctly but she says, “I would like your exercise.” What would be your suggestion? Female1: First of all, it depends on the individual. But there are so many people who come to us and they want to start too many things at once but my philosophy is do one thing at a time. Male1: That can be more and she is going to get up and just do an – . Female1: If she knew then that is fine. Male1: That is what I am talking about. Female1: I am talking about there are those people who have to loose 50, 60, 70 pounds and more. They are falling, they are unhappy, they are miserable with themselves. Maybe they had a medical scan, maybe that is what propelled them to tell, “I – a particular day.” And that they are ready to go when they want to throw money at me and then they want to go and join the gym for a $1000.00. Male1: Why do they say that? Female1: That I do not know. But what I am trying to say is this, I think exercise is great but many people if they try to do two things at once in two drastic changes like that, they will fail both. I say listen, let us talk this first –. Male1: All we are saying is everyday pick a nice brisk walk – Female1: I think that is great for everybody. Male1: We are not talking gold in sure and you say, a nice brisk walk, try to get at it slowly, workout — Female1: Start 15 minutes around the block. Right? Male1: Very slowly, the idealistic thing is probably 30 to 40 minutes, maybe five to six times a week and make sure you can handle it. Do not push yourself and as you increase the pace so you get two miles in within a day of 40-minute period. Female1: Right. Male1: Okay and you probably should have a pattern now that does it with you so that one forces the other in case one gets someone into it. Female1: Right, I agree with that 100%. Male1: This is very good idea. Female1: I do agree with that. Female2: Can I say something? Male1: We are not saying that you have to go to a gym and spend $3,000.00. I will go buy some at Quickie and start 3:00 in the morning. We are just talking – Female1: Take it slow, right because especially if there is somebody – Male1: Walk up a few flights. Do not take the elevator. Female1: Right, especially if there is somebody who has never done that, they have to create that new routine, that new habit. I tell everybody, “If you got a stationary bike at home? Promise yourself just ten minutes a day this week.” Male1: Little steps Female1: And then, if you are watching a re-run of the Golden Girls on television you will find yourself where I will look – Male1: I never watch the first run and either of the re-run. Female: No, but the point is if you promise yourself that if you are getting on the bike for ten minutes, no more I am not doing anymore than ten minutes. Before you know it you are having such a good time, a half hour has past and then you created a do habit. Male1: Okay.
