Female Speaker: We are women, we would not be around here for discussion if we didn't discuss dieting and eating. Okay, I am going to put it out there, I am going to ask you, are you happy with your current weight. Victoria Pericon: No, but that's because of my career, we are always on camera. So I'm sure you understand that. Female Speaker: I get it. Alright! Suzy. Susan De Angelis: Am I happy with my body? Yeah, I mean weight wise, but I mean toned after having baby as we all can appreciate. I mean that kind of changes your body. So if I make time to work out, I am sure that would be fix. But all in all yeah, I mean I am pretty lucky. I think a lot has to do with genetics. My mom is really super, super-skinny and you know I really can eat. I can and I am pretty much known for eating a lot of junk and a lot of - Female Speaker: Eating more and more, really that's not helping. Susan De Angelis: But, I am fortunate. I feel pretty confident, but -- Female Speaker: Well, good, I like that. She is really -- we have a yes. Lucy! Lucy LePera: Yes, am I? I am very happy with where I am weight-wise. I finally got rid of those lost ten pounds this summer and I have been working out three days a week, and I hit my ideal weight, so I am fair right now. Female Speaker: Yeah. Lucy LePera: But I am huge foody and always have been. I refuse to starve myself or not eat things that I love. I rather work out and eat when I want. But yeah, I also have a dad who is this then. So -- Yeah, totally. Female Speaker: Jackie! Jackie Stelling: Well, I have a mom who is this thin, but I did not take after that side of the family, unfortunately. I think I am pretty comfortable with the way I am now. I definitely would say that now that I am in my 30s, I am more -- even I would not have been comfortable with this ten years ago and I am going to the beach next week and I think if you asked me the question after, it would be very different, but for the most part, yeah. Female Speaker: I am always the girl who is like I have got five pounds to lose. I mean I am always, but I say it and I know that it's not right. But we've all, I am sure, in our lifetime have gone through phases where we haven't been happy and I have think I have I know tried different diet. So I would like to know how do you guys, what is weirdest, craziest diet you've ever -- Susan De Angelis: I have never tried it in my life. Lucy LePera: I have -- I have no carb. Female Speaker: Yeah. Yeah. That's fair. That's fair. Lucy LePera: It works. It's fast, it's quick. Get you down to your ideal weight. Female Speaker: Yeah. How about you, Jackie? Have you ever? Jackie Stelling: Cabbage soup diet. Female Speaker: You did it. Jackie Stelling: It was good for like Day 2, 3, but by Day 6 or 7 and you are basically you can eat as much cabbage soup as you want. Female Speaker: Yummy, yummy, yum... Jackie Stelling: And it works, but it's not that fun. It's good for like the short-term if you have and if that you are going to in a week. Female Speaker: Low calorie, and it has other effective problem. Jackie Stelling: Yeah, oh, got it. Female Speaker: Victoria. Victoria Pericon: I tried that South Beach Diet for the first -- it was like the two-week part that you are supposed to do it, I did it and I was like a raving lunatic. Diet and .... Susan De Angelis: Just cranky when I am --. Victoria Pericon: Cranky, because I stuck to it and so now -- And then now, I am like well, may be because I haven't lost all my weight from my third child, like may be I will try like that cleansing I hear like a big thing. Female Speaker: You do suffer and I don't know if I am going to suddenly ever not eating that is my whole thing. I am Italian; I always had -- I think we love food, but I also work a out ton. I just think that my body needs to stop working out as hard because as I get older, I know that I am not going to be able to live up to that. So, I am attempting to cleanse with my husband, I'll let
