When can a woman engage in sexual activities following gastric bypass surgery? I usually recommend that a woman be comfortable in regard to their activity level. So when they can get back to some type of the exercise, which is in a few weeks, maybe it could be two weeks, it could be four weeks, and it’s on an individual basis, I think it’s safe to return to sexual activity.
