Speaker: To work your core from every angle, try the Elbow Tap Back. We are going to begin sitting on the floor with our legs bend. Bring your toes off the floor so your heels are balancing, lean back about 45 degrees with your arms extended in front, keeping your abs nice and tight we are going to twist to the left bending that left elbow and tapping it down on to the floor, come back up, we are going to repeat tapping it on that side, twisting, working those side out. We are going to do 8-10 reps on that side and then repeat it with you right elbow and come back up to start.
