(Music Playing) Hey guys, this is Nathan Hopkins again with RL here in Vegas and I am going to show you another quick workout that is a whole body and I just want to bust your metabolism, build muscle and just great shapes. So, we will start with another hanging exercise, call this one Hanging Row. From the Hanging Row, we are going to go into a Single Arm Squat Press and then from there, we are going to an Incline Push Up. So, we are going to start. (Demonstration) Just going to like to do that 1-10 times. Single Arm Shoulder Press, again this will be 10 times on each side. (Demonstration) One thing you have to make sure not to, is when you are in under arm limit, do not push it because you will know. And after that, we are going here. (Demonstration) You are going to do this about 10 to 12 times. Now, take a about 30 second rest between each of those, total of 3 sets and this is a great quick workout that can help your metabolism up, you can burn and build muscle and that just give you great shape.
