Male Speaker: You should not skip meals; you should not skip something between meals. Female Speaker: Right. Male Speaker: So if you are going to take something between meals on a regular basis so you won't be over-hungry, ready to grab at anything at 6 o'clock or 7 or 8 when you get home, what would be some reasonable snacks, good choices again you could have with you or get your work and you can't quite a 5 o'clock supper or something? Female Speaker: Okay, you are asking as if I was talking to a client of mine, I don't believe in getting anything. If you are a client and you are in the program there is no reason not to have what you need with you already, that's the key. Just in general -- Male Speaker: So what would be some of those --? Female Speaker: Well, again it depends on the person and what their issues are, everybody--. Male Speaker: In general. Female Speaker: In general, I mean if you have a nice breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning or at 10:30, 11 o'clock, a nice snack might be an apple. It might be a Dannon light and fit yoghurt and a clementine. It might be just two rice cakes with a little cottage cheese snack pack and a cup of tea. It might be a couple of carrots or some people like to have cucumbers, little snacks. Then at 1 o'clock comes a nice salad with a grilled chicken and maybe around 3:30, 4 o'clock again snacks could be a little mini babybell light, the fabulous cheese, kids love them as well. It could be -- there is so many things. Male Speaker: So the one thing I get this -- the day before you prepare. Female Speaker: Oh absolutely. Male Speaker: But sometimes you could be, maybe won't prepared, you have to leave for an emergency. Female Speaker: Oh absolutely. Male Speaker: But most of the time you are about to have those things prepared to take with you. Female Speaker: Absolutely and you wake-up in the morning, you grab and go and you are out of the door, there is nothing to think about. And every one of our clients will tell you that once they start doing this on a regular basis it becomes second nature. It's part of their routine, and the truth of the matter is that the more busy, the busier you are, the more hectic your schedule is, the more you plan in advance the night before, the less anxiety you have all day long because you know it is there, you reach for it, you grab for it, there is no looking around about where you are going to get it, it's with you.
