With over three thousand farmers markets in the United States it should be fairly easy to find one close buy if you live in a major city. Similar to community supported agriculture you get to the deal directly with the farmer or the farmer’s representative which benefits you as well as the farmer. The farmer makes a little more money selling directly to the end customer and you often pay less for the food than you would and at a retail store. Not all farmers’ markets include products from organic farms that many do. If you like to get out and meet people shopping for organic food at the farmer’s market is a great way to save money. Get farm fresh produced and enjoy the sense of community and vibrant of an open market. If you like to learn more about where to eat organic food and how to live naturally you can read this informative book The Beginners Guide to Natural Living.
